For over 5 years, I worked behind the scenes with wellness coaches, yoga teachers and holistic practitioners as a Virtual Assistant.
Through that work, I saw how much care goes into building a wellness business and how often the pieces behind the scenes can feel disconnected, even when there's something genuinely valuable to share.
